This class is a 1 hour, non heated practice which will introduce you to more postures and a new dynamic style of yoga. We’ll combine fun and flowing movement with a focus on breath and relaxation. We’ll have motivating and uplifting tunes to help you along your journey.
You’ll need: A Mat, towel and water. we recommend a cosy hoodie for relaxation at the end of class. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
We are also offering a FREE Vinyasa class to all current Early Bird, Addict and Regular Members, AND current class pack holders *T&C’s apply**
BOOKINGS: As the studio upstairs is smaller there will be limited spaces in each class so we have introduced a simple booking system for Vinyasa classes.
